About Rashi Bilash

“I offer therapy and lead groups to help overwhelmed people thrive in the life of their dreams.”

Unlike other businesses, I would like it if my clients stopped coming to me. My clients are very high-functioning, motivated & committed individuals trying to make changes in their personal & professional life. I love providing them with tools & techniques so that they can reach their maximum potential & ultimately stop coming to therapy. Yes, no business owner would want that but for a therapist, the reward is when you see your clients so fit that they don’t need your support anymore.

Hi, I’m Rashi, a practitioner in Lucknow/Delhi area. What began as a child-like curiosity eventually evolved into a journey of understanding human behavior and why people behave the way they do. Through the years, I got the opportunity to work with agencies working with cancer patients, relationship counseling, substance abuse, family planning, geriatrics, education, training, etc where I came face to face with life realities and truly understood the fragility of the human mind. Not only of others but to some degree my mind’s too. I had taken up a 9*5 job, only to reignite my interest in therapy. I transitioned from a consumer insights researcher into a full-time therapist! When I started my practice, I wanted it to reflect my skills and insights in understanding professional, relationship & life concerns. I emphasize evidence-based treatments.

I don't treat children or individuals with severe mental health concerns as I refer those clients to specialized therapists in those fields because I believe GOOD therapy comes from being good at a few things, not all things. The joy is in hearing how well my clients are doing and seeing their progress during the treatment."
